The surrounding streets are packed with bars and restaurants, and a grocery store is just around the corner for self-catering supplies. The area is lively day and night; central noise is minimal with the windows closed.

Each apartment is self-contained with its own private entrance. Layouts range from one-bedroom units for up to 3 guests to two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments for families or groups. All feature a fully fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator), a washing machine, a flat-screen TV, and a balcony or terrace. The living-room sofa beds are comfortable for additional guests. The duplex penthouse has a large roof terrace that gets good sun. Soundproofing is effective at night, with no street noise when the windows are closed. The apartment was found to be impeccably clean and fitted with all necessary cookware and utensils.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle, making meal preparation easy. A grocery store is a short walk away for fresh supplies. The immediate area is packed with dining options - within 300 metres you will find tapas bars like El Tapeo de Cervantes, El Gastronauta, and Bodega El Patio, as well as traditional Spanish and international restaurants. The location is central enough to reach most of Málaga's top eating spots on foot.

The building has a lift, which is particularly useful for groups with a pushchair or older guests. Wi-Fi is free of charge. The staff at the key-handover point speak English and Spanish and can provide directions and local tips. There is no on-site reception, but key collection is straightforward. Paid airport pick-up and drop-off services can be pre-booked. Essential extras such as an iron and hairdryer are provided in the apartment.
