SKY URBAN VALTORTA, Milan

This top-floor apartment sits in a quiet residential area of Milan, within a 10-minute walk of a 24/7 supermarket and several local cafés and pizzerias. The M1 metro line connects directly to the city's main sights - the Duomo, Brera Art Gallery, and Bosco Verticale are all reachable in around 20-25 minutes. Milan Linate Airport is 9 km away; a taxi or ride-sharing service is the most practical transfer option. The location is equally suitable for runners and marathon participants: the host regularly supports guests with late check-out so they can shower after the race before heading to the station.

The apartment features a separate bedroom with a comfortable bed and a living room with a sofa bed - accommodating up to three guests. The layout includes a private bathroom with shower and bidet, a fully equipped kitchenette (stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, tea and coffee maker, cookware and utensils), and a dining area. The balcony provides a pleasant view over the rooftops of Milan, with alpine peaks visible on clear days. The top-floor position ensures a quiet environment, very conducive to restful sleep. Facilities include air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV with streaming services (Netflix, YouTube), free Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace. The apartment is cleaned to a high standard, with home slippers and complimentary tea, coffee, and water provided by the host.

Guests staying at Sky Urban Valtorta have the option to self-cater using the well-stocked kitchenette - including a dishwasher and a coffee capsule machine - or explore the local dining scene. Within 0.3-0.5 km you will find Calabianca, Pizzeria Gemelli, Ristorante Indiano Aangan, and Panini Tosti, plus Marabu Gelateria Artigianale for dessert. For a morning coffee or Italian-style breakfast, the nearby MICAPITA café is a popular option on the same street. A 24/7 supermarket a short walk away provides all essentials for longer stays.

The shared garden provides a quiet outdoor area for relaxation, while the dedicated kids' outdoor play equipment makes the property suitable for families with young children.
