The hotel sits on Stillwell Avenue near a concrete works and car shops, an area that feels rough but is generally safe. The Coney Island boardwalk, beach, and Luna Park are a 10-15 minute walk away. The Stillwell Avenue subway station (lines F, N, D, Q) is also a 10-15 minute walk, making Manhattan reachable in about 50 minutes. Brighton Beach is accessible by walking along the boardwalk. A few restaurants and cafés are within 0.5-1 km.

Accommodation

Rooms are compact but functional, offering a private bathroom with walk-in shower, flat-screen TV, and air conditioning.
Accommodation includes double rooms with one bed and family rooms with two full-size beds.
