The apartment is within a 9-minute walk of Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line Nakano-Shinbashi station and a 10-minute walk of Toei Oedo Line Nishishinjuku-5chome station, giving direct rail connections to central Tokyo. A bus stop immediately outside the property provides a short ride (about 25 minutes on foot or one bus stop) to Shinjuku station. The neighbourhood is well served by a convenience store (2 minutes), a supermarket (4 minutes), several restaurants (including a family restaurant) within a 10-15 minute walk, and a handful of coffee shops. Hikawa Park is a 4-minute walk away, and Minamidaiicho Park is 500 metres from the apartment. Tokyo Disneyland is reachable by train in about 1 hour 20 minutes.

The apartment has one bedroom and one bathroom with a bath and a shower. It is fitted with two beds and one futon, a work desk, air-conditioning and heating. The kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle and kitchenware. A washing machine and a balcony are also part of the unit. Free toiletries, a hairdryer, and a private bathroom are provided. The shower has notably good water pressure, and the unit has privacy curtains. The apartment is clean and well-equipped, and the size is suitable for up to three adults.
