The hostel is in a quiet residential area near the Garonne river. Tram line B from Achard station runs every 5-10 minutes, providing direct access to the historic centre in about 10 minutes. Nearby points of interest include the Wine and Trade Museum, Place de la Bourse, and the Halles de Bacalan food market (a 5-minute walk). Several restaurants, bars, and a supermarket are within easy walking distance. For airport transfers, take bus 1 then tram B. The area is bike-friendly, and the hostel offers a secure bike garage. The location is well-connected yet away from the busiest tourist crowds.

Dormitories are available with either private en-suite bathrooms (shower, toilet, sink) or shared bathrooms on the same floor. Private family rooms have their own bathroom and city views. Studios feature a kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and kitchenware. Room sizes vary from 13 to 22 m2. Each bed has a privacy curtain, reading light, power socket, and USB port. Lockers with a personal code are provided. Note: rooms have no air conditioning; fans can be requested at reception. During summer, rooms can become very hot. Windows open for ventilation but may let in street noise. Bunk bed ladders are narrow, so care is needed. Daily housekeeping is included.

The continental breakfast includes bread, pastries, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, and hot drinks. Vegan and gluten-free options are not available. The on-site café serves specialty coffee, pastries, and light meals. The bar offers local wines, beers, and cocktails, along with snacks and dishes such as pizza and sandwiches. Evening food service may stop around 22:00. For a wider choice, Les Halles de Bacalan food market is a 5-minute walk away with numerous stalls offering varied cuisines. Supermarkets are also nearby for self-catering supplies (microwaves are available in the common area).

The fitness room is equipped for basic exercise. The games room offers board games and puzzles. Evening entertainment such as karaoke, trivia, and themed dinner nights are held regularly; some activities carry an additional charge. The outdoor terrace is furnished with bean bags and seating, popular for socialising. For leisure outside the hostel, La Cite du Vin and Bassins des Lumières are within a 15-minute walk.
