The area is closed to traffic, with the nearest public parking (Parking Imagen) at Calle Santa Ángela de la Cruz, 2. Public transport stops are limited; walking is the most practical way to reach major sights. Restaurants and shops, including a Carrefour market 2 minutes away, are abundant on foot.

Each apartment includes a living room, separate bedroom(s), and a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. Kitchens have a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and tea/coffee maker. All units have air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV, trouser press, and seating area. Some apartments have a terrace or balcony. The duplex apartments are split over two levels with internal stairs. One-bedroom duplexes have one bathroom; two-bedroom duplexes have two bathrooms. The three-bedroom apartment has two bathrooms. Ground-floor units are darker and may feel more humid. Some rooms overlook a quiet inner courtyard, which reduces street noise. Noise insulation between units and from the street is limited; road-facing rooms hear pedestrian traffic.

Breakfast is served as a box delivered to the apartment door early in the morning. It includes plain or flavored yogurt, fresh seasonal fruit, a savory snack, crusty bread with a filling (ham, cheese, or vegetables), and something sweet.
