The central location provides easy walking access to all major sights, including Plaza de España and Triana. Santa Justa train station is a 20-minute walk or a quick bus ride, while the airport bus (EA line) stops at Avenida Carlos V, 800 metres away. Restaurants, bars, and supermarkets are within a 300-metre radius, and the area remains quiet in the evenings.

Rooms are compact but well-equipped, featuring air conditioning, heating, soundproofed walls, and a flat-screen TV. Each room has a private bathroom with a shower, free toiletries, and quality towels. Beds are comfortable, with double plugs on both sides and nightstands. Some rooms have a window facing the street or an interior courtyard; rooms 101 and 201 are courtyard-facing and notably quiet.
