The hotel is set on a quiet side street just off the pedestrianised centre. The Cathedral and Real Alcázar are within 10-15 minutes on foot. Santa Justa train station is about 1 km away (taxi around €8). The airport is 11 km from the hotel. Bus line 32 from the station stops just 2 minutes' walk from the hotel. For day trips, the Alameda de Hércules area offers local bars and restaurants a short stroll away. A supermarket and many tapas bars are within the immediate vicinity.

Room sizes and layouts vary significantly. Some rooms are on split levels (bedroom downstairs, bathroom up a steep staircase), which can be challenging for less mobile guests or those needing nighttime bathroom access. Lower-floor rooms facing the street and some courtyard rooms can be noisy from traffic and passersby, especially at night. Rooms with a floor-level window or small window offering limited views (e.g. onto a ventilation shaft or a wall) are less bright. A number of rooms have less storage space - larger suitcases may need to be placed in the bathroom or on the floor. Beds are consistently described as large and comfortable, with many pillows. Some rooms include a terrace or patio.

The rooftop pool is a compact plunge pool ideal for cooling off after sightseeing rather than for swimming lengths. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided.
