A bus stop less than half a block away provides cheap transport to the Marina, shopping malls, and Conchas Chinas beach. Taxis and Ubers are readily available. The Puerto Vallarta International Convention Center is 9 km away, and Lic. Gustavo Diaz Ordaz Airport is 10 km from the hotel. The immediate area has a convenience store, pharmacy, and numerous dining options within a block or two.

Zona Romántica (10 minutes on foot) offers a wider variety of international and local cuisine. A pizza place next door is also a popular option.

The property features a year-round outdoor swimming pool open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The pool area is set in a beautifully planted courtyard with sun terraces, outdoor furniture, and a peaceful atmosphere. The waterfall adds a soothing element. The pool is described as a treat and a cool oasis after a hot day exploring the city. Towels are provided for the pool and can be taken to the beach.
