The bus stop is 300 metres from the property, with routes (31, 3, 29, 37) running every few minutes to the city centre, making the 10-minute bus trip an easy alternative to the 30-minute walk. Several restaurants are within 0.5 km. For those arriving by car, free private parking is available at the rear.

Built in the 1870s, the guesthouse offers a range of room types: double rooms (some with king-size beds), single rooms, and twin/double rooms. All rooms feature a TV, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer, free toiletries, and electric kettle. Some rooms include bathrobes, an iPod dock, or a DVD player.
