The apartment sits at the end of a quiet road adjacent to a park, around 100 metres from shops and a 5-8 minute walk to Shepherd's Bush Market (Circle/Hammersmith & City lines) and White City (Central line) stations. Westfield London shopping centre with its many restaurants and cafes is within a 1 km walk, and grocery shops open late are nearby for supplies. Central London is reachable in roughly 20 minutes by tube, while a Japanese garden is just steps away. The building has no on-site parking, but paid parking is available at Westfield.

Five room types are available, all with a double or king-size bed and a private bathroom with shower and bidet. Three larger units (King Studio with Sofa Bed, Deluxe One-Bedroom Apartment with Garden View) include a king bed plus a large sofa bed for two, suitable for four guests. All other studios accommodate up to two guests. Each unit has a kitchenette with stovetop, fridge, microwave and utensils, and a work desk. Studio flats lack a TV (the one-bedroom apartment has one). Rooms are on three floors without a lift; ground-floor units can be requested. Large windows can be opened, and fans are provided in warmer months. The overall feel is modern and clean with parquet floors, though studio spaces are compact and better suited for one person or a couple with light luggage. A small terrace or garden seating is available for some units.

Each unit comes with a kitchenette equipped with a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, and cookware, allowing convenient self-catering. A welcome supply of tea and coffee is provided. For those who prefer eating out, the neighbourhood directly around the property has numerous restaurants, and Westfield shopping centre (1 km away) hosts a wide variety of dining choices including Apostrophe, Snowflake Luxury Gelato, and Kricket Television Centre. Late-opening grocery stores are nearby for supplies.

The immediate area includes a small park at the end of the street and a Japanese garden a few minutes' walk away, providing a quiet outdoor break. Water sports and boating activities are available in the wider area for outdoor enthusiasts. No on-site wellness or fitness facilities are provided.
