Units are available as studios (one bed) or one-bedroom apartments with a separate bedroom. All come with a kitchenette equipped with a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. The private bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. One-bedroom apartments offer more space but some units can feel compact if both guests have large suitcases. Bed size is standard double (around 140cm) which suits couples but some may find it cosy for two sharing. Some apartments are on the ground floor which may have curtains for privacy; those on upper floors typically have more natural light. The one-bedroom apartments on the ground floor share the main entrance but are private. Standard features include central heating, wardrobe, flat-screen TV, and ample power outlets.

The apartments have a fully equipped kitchenette for preparing your own meals, with a fridge, stovetop, microwave and kettle. The immediate neighbourhood along Edgware Road is a hub for Lebanese and Middle Eastern restaurants and cafes, with several within a 3-minute walk including Halal Restaurant, Fatoush, and The Heron Bar and Restaurant. Paddington's GWR Pullman Dining and Starbucks are both about 5 minutes away. Shops and supermarkets, including an M&S, are located just 2 minutes from the property for groceries.

Hyde Park and The Serpentine are around a 10-minute walk away, offering jogging, walking, and outdoor leisure. Madame Tussauds is 1 km away, and a wide range of London attractions are easily reached by tube or bus from Edgware Road station.

Check-in is self-service via a key lockbox with clear instructions sent two days before arrival. WiFi is free in all areas. A communal washing machine and dryer are available on a pay-per-use basis.
