Located just a 7-minute walk from Times Square Hong Kong and 1 km from Central Plaza, the hotel sits in a lively area near Victoria Park and Hong Kong Stadium. Victoria Harbour is 6 km away. Causeway Bay MTR station is within a few minutes, providing direct connections across the city and to the airport. Numerous restaurants, including Shugetsu, Crystal Jade, and Tsui Wah, are within 0.3-0.5 km, and a 24-hour supermarket is nearby. The area is walkable, though street noise from restaurants and traffic can be audible at night.

Each dormitory room contains multiple capsules, each featuring a lockable door, reading light, alarm clock, and storage. The room has air conditioning (though the capsule itself only has a ventilation fan), a washing machine, a work desk, and a balcony with city views. Shared bathrooms consist of two toilets and showers per room; walk-in showers are provided but may result in a wet floor. Daily housekeeping is included, but cleanliness standards can be variable. The capsules are equipped with an electric kettle (no water provided) and free toiletries. Light buttons inside the capsule remain lit constantly, which can be disruptive for sleep. Bedding and towels are provided, though some have noted that pillows are small. Noise from the street and nearby restaurants can enter the room if the window is open.

The hotel does not have its own restaurant, café, or bar. Each dormitory room includes an electric kettle, but guests need to bring their own water, tea, or coffee. A 24-hour supermarket is located nearby for supplies. Within 300-500 metres, there are numerous eateries including Shugetsu, Crystal Jade La Mian Xiao Bao Long, Myung Ga Korean Restaurant, Ho Hung Kee, Thai Simple Kitchen, 18 Grams, Tsui Wah Restaurant, and Cookies Quartet, offering a range of cuisines from local to international.

Guests have access to a terrace with outdoor furniture and a shared lounge/TV area. The terrace provides a space to relax outside the capsule. There is no fitness centre, swimming pool, or spa on site. The leisure amenities are limited to these common areas, suitable for short breaks between sightseeing.
