Wat Saket, Temple of the Emerald Buddha, and the Grand Palace are 3 km away; Jim Thompson House and MBK Center are 4 km away. Don Mueang International Airport is 26 km from the property. The MRT station is within a short walk. Parking is not available. While the alley can be initially hard to find, the location prioritises walkability to the area's main sights and dining options for those without a car.

The private double room features air conditioning, a terrace with city views, a washing machine, ironing facilities, and a walk-in shower with a private bathroom. Quadruple rooms (private bathroom option) have the same amenities and a washing machine. Shared-bathroom quadruple rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor require passing through the dormitory area. Dormitory beds have privacy curtains and individual lockers (small). Rooms are compact; some dormitories are very small. Noise insulation between rooms is low. Some rooms have no windows; the air conditioning remote control does not always work effectively. Early bed bug incidents have been noted by a small number of previous stayers. Daily housekeeping is included free of charge.
