The apartments are in a lively but not rowdy old-town street, within 5 minutes on foot of the shopping area and Alameda de Hércules square with its many bars and restaurants. The cathedral, Alcázar and main sights are a comfortable 15-minute walk away, while Plaza de Armas bus station is about 15 minutes on foot. The airport can be reached in 30 minutes by taxi (around 30€) or bus. The area is pedestrian-friendly and feels secure. Church bells from nearby San Lorenzo Church can be heard but are generally not disruptive. For car travellers, a private parking lot is a 5-minute walk away.

All units are air-conditioned and feature a living room (some with sofa beds), a flat-screen TV with built-in Wi-Fi, a safe, and a private bathroom with hairdryer and free toiletries. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and washer-dryer, making self-catering easy. Beds vary: some apartments have a queen (1.50m) or a large double (1.80m), others twin beds (two 0.90m singles). Bedrooms at the back are very quiet, while those facing the street have blackout shutters and solid doors to block noise. The Penthouse Suite offers a private terrace; other units share the roof terrace. Soundproofing is effective between rooms. The fridge is compact (about 1m high). Sofa beds in the living area are comfortable for extra guests.

A continental breakfast can be added for 12€ per person. The property does not have its own restaurant, but the adjacent Espacio Eslava tapas bar (same ownership) is a local institution, offering excellent food and service. Several other well-rated restaurants, such as Az-Zait, La Azotea, and Bodega San Lorenzo, are within a 2-minute walk. A supermarket is 300m away. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who prefer to prepare their own meals, and a nearby fruiteria supplies fresh produce.

The top-floor shared terrace is furnished with tables, chairs and a sofa, offering a relaxed spot to enjoy the view of Jesus del Granpoder Church. The Penthouse Suite has a private terrace with a table and chairs. There is no swimming pool, spa or fitness centre at the property. The surrounding Alameda de Hércules area provides lively evening atmosphere with live music on some nights.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. A lift serves all three floors, so no steps are required. Luggage storage can be arranged if you arrive before check-in. Reception is staffed Tuesday-Friday 09:00-22:00, Saturday-Monday 09:00-15:30; outside those hours you gain access with a door code and check-in is handled the next day. The host team is responsive by phone and WhatsApp, and can assist with parking arrangements. Cleaning is provided during longer stays. A safety deposit box is free to use. The building has CCTV in common areas and is non-smoking throughout. No laundry service is available, but each apartment has a washer-dryer.
