The area feels safe and secure thanks to gated entry, 24-hour security, and CCTV. Parking is free with a valet service; the on-site lot can fill up, in which case overflow parking is at MGM Grand self-parking ($25/night). For getting around, Uber/Lyft pick-up is at the main entrance, and a tram stop is a short walk away.

Each suite has a separate bedroom with a King bed plus a Queen-size sofa bed in the living area, accommodating up to four guests. The full private bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a large jet bathtub. The fully equipped kitchenette has a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, tea/coffee maker, and cookware. Air conditioning, a work desk, safe, and flat-screen TV are standard. Many units offer Strip views or pool views from higher floors. The room feels spacious (around 45-51 m2), with parquet flooring and modern although not luxury finishes. Light sleepers should note the fridge can make noise at night; road-facing rooms may pick up ambient Strip noise, but the building itself is quiet, and soundproofing is effective. The building enforces quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM.

There is a full bar on the property, plus a Starbucks in the building. The breakfast cafe in Tower 2 serves breakfast at a cost comparable to Strip casino restaurants. For those preferring self-catering, the kitchenette includes stovetop, fridge, microwave, and cookware-ideal for light cooking. The MGM Grand complex, reachable via indoor walkway, houses a food court with casual options (Gordon Ramsay Burger, Tacos N 'Ritas) and fine dining (Mon Ami Gabi). The area also has many restaurants within a 1 km walk. No complimentary water is provided in the room.

The building has 3 outdoor pools (seasonal hours; only 1 is open in winter). Free access is also provided to the MGM Grand pools and lazy river. Pool amenities include sun loungers, beach umbrellas, and towel service. The fitness room is spacious and well-equipped. A hot tub/Jacuzzi is in the room, and the building has a shared hot tub/jacuzzi area and solarium. The 24-hour security and gated entry extend to the pool areas. The pools tend to be quieter than Strip casinos, offering a relaxed atmosphere. Note that the jacuzzi in the room may not always be maintained, and schedules for pool opening vary-confirm for your travel dates.
