The apartment features one bedroom with two beds, one private bathroom, a separate living room, and a kitchen equipped for cooking and storing food. A washing machine is included for longer stays. The unit is freshly painted and very clean, with double-paned windows that keep most street noise subdued. A large flat-screen TV, free WiFi, and air conditioning are provided. Cafés and bakeries are also steps away for breakfast or a quick bite. This setup lets guests choose between cooking at home and sampling the local food scene without needing transport.

The apartment does not have its own pool, spa, or gym, but the prime location puts several leisure options within easy reach. Plage Ponchettes beach is a short walk, and the Promenade des Anglais is four minutes on foot for walking, jogging, or cycling. Castle Hill offers panoramic city views. Boating activities are available in the surrounding area. The green tram line and Coulée verte park are close by for additional recreation. All leisure amenities are outside the building but easily accessible on foot.

Free WiFi is available throughout the apartment and works reliably. Air conditioning and heating are provided. A flat-screen TV and washing machine add convenience for longer stays. Cots can be requested for infants. The manager is described as highly responsive, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. Luggage can potentially be stored before check-in by arranging with the manager. There is no on-site parking, no elevator, and no laundry service beyond the in-unit washing machine.
