SUITE ARIA D'ARTE 1, Florence

The apartment is situated right across from the Santa Maria Novella train station, giving you immediate rail connections from Florence Airport (9 km away) and to wider Tuscany. Despite this central transit position, the unit does not face the main street, so it remains surprisingly quiet. Major landmarks such as Palazzo Vecchio, Fortezza da Basso, Strozzi Palace, the Accademia Gallery, and Ponte Vecchio are all within less than a 1 km walk, meaning the entire historic core is easily accessed on foot. Numerous restaurants, trattorias, and supermarkets are a 5-minute or less walk away, making it practical to shop for supplies or dine out nearby.

The apartment comprises 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with a shower and bidet, along with a living and dining area. The room is larger than many hotel options and has been described as new, clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The kitchenette includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, sandwich maker, tea and coffee maker, and electric kettle - practical for preparing your own meals. The apartment is air-conditioned and heated, ensuring a comfortable temperature in both summer and winter. A flat-screen TV and hairdryer are provided. The unit is situated on the 3rd level with lift access.

The kitchenette allows you to prepare full meals independently, saving time and cost. For dining out, the apartment is surrounded by highly rated options: Trattoria Dall'Oste, Sapori & Dintorni Conad, and Autogrill are all 0.5 km away, while La Grotta di Leo is 0.5 km away. For breakfast or snacks, Bar Pasticceria Deanna and Panificio Pasticceria Lanotte are within a 4-minute walk, and Venchi Cioccolato e Gelato is also nearby for a sweet treat. Several supermarkets, including a Conad, are just minutes away for groceries.

The property does not include a pool, spa, gym, or similar leisure amenities. However, the location directly opposite the train station and within walking distance of the Accademia Gallery, Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Vecchio, and the Duomo means guests can easily spend their days exploring the city's art, architecture, and shopping. The quiet and comfortable apartment provides a restful base after a day of sightseeing.

The apartment offers free, reliable Wi-Fi throughout. Check-in is simple and flexible with a code system for the building entrance and the apartment door, allowing late arrivals without issues. The host permits luggage storage in the room before check-in or after check-out. Public parking is available at a nearby off-site location for €40 per day but requires a reservation and payment in advance. The property has a lift to the 3rd floor.
