No restaurant or bar operates on site, but the shared kitchen area provides a coffee machine, tea bags, kettle and a microwave for guest use. A minimarket is also available on site. The surrounding area around Termini Station has a high concentration of restaurants, pizzerias and cafés within a 5-minute walk, with a wide variety of cuisines including Italian and Chinese options. Cafés nearby also offer breakfast alternatives. For a fuller meal, several trattorias and restaurants are within 0.5 km of the property.

Wellness and leisure facilities are limited to the shared garden, which is a peaceful area within the courtyard. There is no pool, spa, sauna, gym or fitness area on site. However, the Rione Monti neighbourhood is a lively area for shopping, bars, restaurants, theatres, and art galleries. For city sightseeing, the location provides direct access to Rome's landmarks on foot or by public transport from Termini Station.

A shuttle service and airport transfer can be arranged for an additional charge. Luggage storage is provided free of charge, allowing guests to explore before check-in or after check-out. The check-in process requires coordination with the staff, who meet guests at the property by prior arrangement over WhatsApp. The building has a 24-hour security system and is fitted with an intercom. Pets are not allowed. Payment can be made by Visa, Maestro, CartaSi or MasterCard. No parking is available on site, so guests relying on a car must use public parking nearby.
