HOLIDAY SUNNY ROMA B&B, Rome

The property sits in a central yet practical area, with Termini Station providing metro lines A and B, bus stops right outside, and a 5-minute walk to Vittorio Emanuele metro station. Many major sights - including the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain, and Santa Maria Maggiore basilica - are reachable on foot within 15-30 minutes. The immediate neighbourhood is busy, with a high volume of foot traffic near Termini; while the street itself is relatively quiet, some rooms facing the road may pick up street noise. A wide range of restaurants, cafes, and a supermarket are within a 300-metre radius, and discounted dining is available at several local eateries serving traditional Roman cuisine. The location is best suited for transit-connected tourists or those arriving by train from the airport.

Morning fare typically includes packaged croissants, packaged toasts, jams, cereals, apples, and a coffee machine with juice and milk. The selection is sweet-focused and limited in variety - no bread, butter, ham, or cheese. Those who prefer a savoury or more substantial breakfast may plan accordingly, though the light option is convenient for a quick start. Discounts are available at several nearby restaurants serving traditional Roman cuisine, and the area has numerous dining choices within a 5-minute walk. Breakfast availability should be confirmed at booking.

Wi-Fi is free of charge and generally reliable. A communal kitchen is available for light use (salads, sandwiches) but not for cooking full meals; it includes a coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, and kettle. Daily cleaning covers bedrooms, bathrooms, and the kitchen, with towels changed after two days. Cots are available on request. The property does not allow pets and is entirely non-smoking. Electric vehicle charging is possible on-site. Luggage storage is available after check-out for the remainder of the day, subject to arrangement with the host. Accepted payment methods are Visa and MasterCard.
