SWEETT - LA ROSERIE, Paris

The apartment is just 800 metres from Opéra Garnier and 600 metres from Mathurins Theatre, placing major sights and the Saint-Lazare transport hub within easy walking distance. The surrounding area is lively, with numerous restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores on the same block. Paris-Orly Airport is 17 km away. The street can be quiet at night, but an elevator directly entering the apartment offers a novel but secure entry.

The apartments range from one-bedroom units (with one bed) up to four-bedroom configurations (with up to six beds), making them suitable for families or groups. Each apartment includes a private bathroom with a shower, free toiletries, a seating area, and a flat-screen TV. Some units offer a balcony. Rooms are generally clean and comfortable with good beds, though apartments on lower floors may suffer from street noise and poor natural light. Interior rear-facing rooms are quieter. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishes, and a tea and coffee maker. Heating is available, but some units have reported inconsistent warmth in winter.

The kitchen includes a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and kitchenware, ideal for preparing meals. A tea and coffee maker is provided, along with complimentary coffee and tea. Numerous dining options are nearby, including Sogood Cafe, Urbano Cafe, and Brasserie Mollard, all within 0.5 km. This makes it easy to enjoy a range of cuisines without relying on a hotel restaurant.

The property offers free Wi-Fi in public areas, though some apartments have reported weak or unreliable connections. Luggage storage is available free of charge, and a safety deposit box is provided. An airport shuttle and shuttle service can be arranged for an additional fee. Daily housekeeping is offered at an extra cost. Cots are available, and the entire property is non-smoking. Heating, ironing facilities, and a washing machine are provided in each apartment.
