The hotel sits on a lively street with numerous restaurants, shops, and a supermarket within a block. The Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Élysées are a 10-minute walk. Ternes Metro (line 2) gives direct access to Montmartre and central Paris. Charles de Gaulle - Étoile station (RER A, lines 1 and 6) is a few minutes away, providing direct links to Roissy-Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports via RER B and A. No parking is available, but public car parks operate nearby. The area is safe and well-lit, with a street market across Avenue Ternes on certain days.

Room sizes vary - Classic Doubles are compact (bed 131-150 cm), while Triple rooms offer 18 m2 with a large bed and sofa. Superior Doubles feature a queen-size bed. Business rooms include a patio. All rooms have a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, free toiletries, hairdryer, safety deposit box, and wardrobe. Some rooms offer garden or city views, and a few have a side view of the Arc de Triomphe. Street-facing rooms can be noisy; interior courtyard rooms are quieter. Daily housekeeping is provided. The elevator is very small (fits one person with a bag) and has half-floor steps; rooms on the 7th floor require stairs from the 6th. No rooms have balconies.

The continental breakfast includes a hot drink, orange juice, fresh bread with butter and jam, pastries, yoghurt, fruit salad, and cereals. The hotel has no restaurant or bar, but many cafés and restaurants are within a one-minute walk. A supermarket is next door, and a street market operates across Avenue Ternes.
