TERMINI SUITES, Rome

The property is situated in a central yet somewhat gritty area, with Termini station, metro lines, and bus stops all within a 5-minute walk. The Colosseum is a 19-minute walk away, and other major sights like Santa Maria Maggiore are 400 metres distant. The immediate neighbourhood is lively around the clock, with many restaurants and shops nearby, but night-time noise from the street can be significant, particularly for light sleepers. Transport to both Ciampino (13 km) and Fiumicino airports is straightforward via direct rail links from Termini.

The accommodation offers twin/double and triple rooms, all with private bathrooms featuring a bath, shower, and bidet, plus free toiletries. In-room amenities include a flat-screen TV, coffee machine, electric kettle, wardrobe, and parquet flooring. While the property provides daily housekeeping and soundproofing, the overall condition of rooms can be tired, with worn furniture, scratched walls, and variable cleanliness. Some bathrooms are very compact, and a few rooms have the bathroom located in the hallway rather than inside the room, which is inconvenient. Noise from the building's other residents and the street can also be an issue. The property is best suited as a practical base for short city-break stays where the focus is on exploring rather than spending extended time in the room.

The property offers free Wi-Fi throughout, daily housekeeping service, and a 24-hour reception desk, which is useful for late arrivals. A lift is available, though it can be unreliable. Luggage storage is offered, allowing you to drop bags before check-in or after check-out. Safety features include CCTV and a safety deposit box. Accepted payment methods are American Express, Visa, and MasterCard. There is no parking or airport shuttle, but Termini station provides direct links to both airports.
