The property is directly on the beachfront with the marina as its setting. Malaga Airport is 12 km away (15-25 minutes by car). The surrounding area offers many restaurants within a 5-minute walk, including Porto Bello (0.5 km) and Taberna Marinera Pepi y Juan (0.5 km), plus shops and supermarkets. The marina location is quiet and calm, away from the main tourist noise, yet central enough to walk to beaches, dining, and nightlife. Sailing and boating activities are available from the marina. For day trips, Malaga city centre and Caminito del Rey are easily accessible by car.

Rooms vary in size: some are compact and suited for sleeping only, while others offer more spacious layouts with a large bed. All rooms include a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a dining area, wardrobe, and a terrace. The mobile home option has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with outdoor furniture. Beds are comfortable, and decor is well-kept and clean. Outside areas include multiple sundecks with sunbeds and a large sofa, towels provided, making it easy to relax with marina views. Some previous visitors noted that certain rooms are small, but the experience and common spaces compensate.

Breakfast is available and can be enjoyed in a choice of outdoor seating areas-the afterdeck or flybridge-allowing a private or separated dining experience. The bar serves drinks and wine/champagne (additional charge). The marina location means there are also numerous restaurants within a 3-5 minute walk, offering a variety of cuisines, including Porto Bello, Jacks American Brasserie, and Metro, all within 0.5 km. The host can provide local dining tips.

Leisure facilities include a swimming pool, sauna, and fitness centre, plus a sun terrace with outdoor furniture and an upper sundeck with sunbeds where guests can relax. A cooking class is also available for an additional charge. The marina itself is ideal for sailing, boating, and watching sunset views from the boat. The nearby beach (4 minutes walk) provides additional swimming and sunbathing options. The atmosphere on the boat is described as peaceful and calm, with quiet evening seating areas.

Internet access is free and available in public areas (Wi-Fi on the boat, can work from flybridge). Public parking is available on site for €1 per day (reservation not needed) and is located right next to the boat. The host (Alain) lives on board for security reasons, is always reachable and helpful. No curfew or lock-out: you can come and go as you wish via a remote-controlled gangway. Early check-in and luggage storage are accommodated when possible, allowing you to stay on the boat until your departure. Daily cleaning is provided; the boat is kept clean. The property is non-smoking throughout, and pets are not allowed.
