CAMDEN ROAD HOTEL, London

The hotel is in a convenient position for accessing central London through public transport. A bus stop is within a minute's walk, with buses running 24/7. The nearest tube station, Camden Road, is about a 12-minute walk. Bus routes 29 and 253 connect to major hubs. The area offers good walkability to Camden Town (15-20 minutes) and London Zoo is nearby. The location is well-suited for attending events at Emirates Stadium and King's Cross. Some rooms face busy roads, so road noise can be a factor.

Room choices include singles, doubles, twins, triples, and family rooms. Bed sizes range from single to queen. A work desk is not in every room, but a dedicated workspace is in the reception area. Storage is limited - typically a few hangers and a small wardrobe or a few hooks, often not enough for a longer stay. The overall feel is basic and utilitarian; some rooms have been renovated with modern decor but others are described as dated. Soundproofing is minimal, making internal noise from corridors and rooms noticeable. Basement rooms lack natural light and have poor ventilation. A dedicated workspace is available in the reception area.

The hotel is a non-smoking property. Daily housekeeping is not assured and must be requested; replenishment of towels or toiletries is not standard. Laundry is not available on site, but a coin-operated launderette is nearby. There is no lift; stairs are narrow and can be challenging with heavy luggage. Staff are available to help with bags. No disabled access is present. The property is managed by a code-operated lock system.
