THE CHOICE HOTEL - ADULTS ONLY, Bangkok

Located 40 km from Don Mueang International Airport, the hotel sits in a calm residential area just outside Bangkok's central chaos. Major landmarks such as Wat Arun and Wat Pho are 9 km away, with the Grand Palace and Temple of the Emerald Buddha each 10 km distant. A 7-Eleven and Café Amazon are a one-minute walk away, and several restaurants and a local hospital (Bangpakok 9) are within a few minutes on foot. The property is a bit far from the city centre, so taxis or a car are recommended for exploring central Bangkok. The quiet, tree-lined setting makes it ideal for those who prioritise peace over proximity to nightlife.

All rooms are non-smoking and come with a private bathroom, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a microwave, a fridge, and an electric kettle. Each room includes either a balcony or a patio, offering garden or city views. The extra-large king-size bed is a consistent feature, and rooms are furnished with a work desk, sofa, and tea and coffee-making facilities. The en-suite bathrooms have shower facilities and free toiletries. Daily housekeeping and complimentary bottled water are provided. The property's quiet, off-main-road location ensures a restful night's sleep, and the spacious rooms are well-suited for both short stops and longer stays.

The hotel does not have a restaurant, nor does it provide breakfast. For meals, you can walk to a 7-Eleven, Café Amazon, and several local restaurants and food stalls within one minute. The staff can provide recommendations for nearby dining options. Guests wanting a fuller meal may prefer to use the local eateries or order delivery, though the hotel itself does not serve food or drink.

The hotel features a garden with outdoor furniture where you can sit and unwind in a peaceful setting. There is no swimming pool, spa, wellness centre, or gym. For leisure activities, the surrounding quiet neighbourhood is suitable for walks, and the staff can help arrange a massage service. This property is best suited for guests who value a calm, simple stay over extensive on-site recreational facilities.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, and free private parking is provided on site without a reservation. Daily housekeeping and luggage storage are complimentary. The property has a lift and is wheelchair-accessible via ground-floor rooms. Safety features include CCTV, key card access, and smoke alarms. The staff are described as professional, friendly, and fluent in English, offering local tips for exploring the area. Laundry service is available for an extra fee. Check-in is from 14:00 to 23:30, and early arrivals can store luggage. The hotel is SHA+ certified.
