VENETIAN HOSTEL, Hong Kong

Located in a top-rated Hong Kong area, the hostel sits about 33 km from the airport. The immediate vicinity is dense with shops, 7-Elevens, and restaurants. Tsim Sha Tsui Star Ferry Pier is an 8-minute walk, and the MTR station is right outside, making it straightforward to get around by public transport.

Room options include double, twin, triple, quadruple, and family rooms. All have private bathrooms with a shower. Triple rooms are configured with 3 single beds or 1 double and 1 single. Rooms are compact, and the building is older. The bedding and pillows are quite firm, so those sensitive to mattress feel may want to plan accordingly. The air conditioning can be noisy. The property's overall condition is basic and suited to travellers prioritising location and budget over modern decor.

The hostel does not have its own restaurant or breakfast service, but the surrounding Tsim Sha Tsui area offers abundant dining options, including Tsui Wah Restaurant, The Sweet Dynasty, and Eye Bar, all about a 3-minute walk away. A 7-Eleven is also nearby for quick purchases.

The building has a lift, though queues can be long during peak times. Luggage storage is free and available from 10am. The reception is not staffed 24/7; check-in is handled on the 13th floor during office hours. An ATM is on site. The property has CCTV and key card access for security.
