Choose this property for its exceptional value and walkability to Forest Gate station (under 2 minutes), ideal for budget-conscious travellers prioritising fast transport links to central London.
02
Request a room with an en-suite bathroom (private bathroom inside the room) for guaranteed privacy, as some rooms have an external private bathroom accessed via the shared kitchen.
03
Factor in the 10:00 check-out time and the possibility of no early check-in; plan your arrival after 15:00 to ensure your room is ready.
04
Plan for potential noise from the shared kitchen, thin walls and street, and bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.
