The motel is situated in the peaceful village of Queenston, about 10 km from both Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake. It is a short drive to the Niagara River, Sir Isaac Brock's monument, and local wineries. Niagara Falls Train Station and Old Falls Street are 10 km away. There is no public transit; Uber and ride shares are available. Free private parking is provided on site, and the neighbourhood is safe and walkable along nearby trails. The location offers a serene base for exploring the region's attractions without the crowds.

Rooms include king or queen beds, private bathrooms with bath and shower, and thoughtful amenities: a fireplace, minibar, free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a seating area. Some suites have a separate living room and balcony with views of the Niagara River. Decor features a mix of mid-century modern and antique furnishings, with cathedral ceilings in certain rooms. A DeLonghi espresso machine and eco-friendly toiletries are provided. Note: rooms have no microwave and only a small mirror above the bed; no full-length mirror. Limited mobility guests can request ground floor rooms (numbers ending in 6-9 have fewer steps).
