Nearby attractions include Shipwreck Island (2 km) and Ripley's Believe It or Not! (2 km). Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport is 28 km away. The area offers a variety of dining options within walking distance, including Barefoot On The Beach and Bayou On The Beach Cafe (0.5 km), as well as Subway, Pink Pelican Ice Cream Bar, Rock'it Lanes, and Beach Bagel and Bakery (1 km). For groceries, Publix and Walmart are minutes away. St. Andrews State Park is 8 km in one direction, Pier Park 8 km in the other, making this a convenient base for both nature and entertainment.

The accommodation comprises 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (upstairs bathtub available), a living room with sofa bed, and a dining area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and a waffle maker. A barbecue grill and outdoor dining furniture are on the patio/balcony. Kids have their own outdoor play area. Board games and puzzles are also provided. Late August stays noted the area is quiet. The beachside pool is a particular highlight for families.
