Don Mueang International Airport is 17 km by road (roughly 50 minutes by taxi). Mo Chit bus terminal is 2 km from the property. The immediate neighbourhood is quiet and residential, with a local market across the street, Lotus hypermarket 10 minutes on foot, and several 7-Elevens within 2 minutes.

Rooms are apartment-style and generously sized, featuring a private bathroom with a shower, a flat-screen cable TV, a table and chairs, and a balcony that adds outdoor space (though some balconies are dusty and lack a view). Each unit sleeps up to two guests on either a king-size bed or two twin beds - when booking, confirm the bed setup directly if a single king is a priority. The air conditioner works effectively to cool the room at 20°C or lower, but some units produce notable operational noise; this tends to be less bothersome in rooms that face the side alley. The electric kettle and complimentary instant coffee and bottled water provided daily allow simple hot-drink preparation. The mattress is firm (a practical preference for back support) and the room is kept clean, with daily housekeeping available upon request. Luggage storage before check-in or after check-out is permitted.

Breakfast is not served at the property. The self-catering setup - a large refrigerator and electric kettle - is suited to storing and preparing simple meals.
