The S1 airport bus stop is a 10-minute walk away, offering direct access to Suvarnabhumi Airport. Buses to the Grand Palace also depart from nearby. Wat Arun is 6 km away, and Don Mueang International Airport is 26 km away. The area is well-served by taxis and the MRT metro station is accessible by a short walk or taxi ride. The immediate neighbourhood offers street food carts, ATMs, 7-Elevens, and massage shops.

The family rooms sleep 6 in bunk beds and feature a private entrance, terrace with pool views, and a shared bathroom. The private suites and studios have a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a minibar, a tea/coffee maker, and soundproof walls. Some rooms have a private entrance and a terrace or patio. Dormitory beds have individual curtains, a personal light, a plug socket, and a locker (bring your own lock). Rooms are basic but functional, with wardrobes and storage. Street-facing rooms can be noisy at night, while rooms away from the street are quieter. Some rooms overlook the common area, limiting natural light; blackout curtains are provided.

Breakfast is served from 07:00-10:00 and includes options such as toast with eggs, omelettes, sausage, and fresh fruit (pineapple/watermelon). The on-site coffee shop (Sometimeblue@Tepbunthom) serves excellent coffee and iced coffee. The restaurant (Blackpeppers@Tepbunthom) serves pizza for lunch. A bar is available for evening drinks. The shared kitchen has a fridge and facilities for storing and preparing simple meals. Several bars and restaurants are within a 2-minute walk, offering a wide variety of Thai and international food, including Aunt Lek's street food cart, highly regarded in the immediate area.

The pool area is located next to some rooms, providing a space for cooling off and relaxing. The pool is compact - useful for a quick dip or for children, but not for swimming laps. The sun terrace features sun loungers and garden furniture. Evening entertainment is available at an additional charge. The property also has a garden and outdoor seating areas.
