The metro line L3 provides direct access to the Gothic Quarter and Plaça de Catalunya. For those driving, private parking is available on the same street (€20/night, book in advance). The area is generally walkable and well served by buses and metro.

Each apartment is around 65 m2, featuring 1 bathroom with shower, a living-dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine). Bed configurations vary: double beds in the master bedroom, bunk beds or single beds in others. Most apartments have a balcony; a few street-facing rooms overlook the road, while others face an interior courtyard or the elevator shaft.
