THE ZENTRAL ARENAL SUITES, Seville

The Cathedral and Alcázar are within 800 m, making most historic sites reachable on foot. The coach station is less than 1 km away. The area has plenty of tapas bars, restaurants, and shops, and feels more local than the very touristy centre. The location is a 10-minute walk from the city centre and offers easy access to local buses, the tram, and a nearby bike rental station. Seville Airport is 10 km away.

Room types include studios with a window overlooking an interior patio or with a private terrace, superior apartments with external windows and balcony, and deluxe apartments which are internal and windowless. All have a kitchen with electric kettle, microwave, coffee machine, cookware, and a dining area. Some units include a washing machine in the common area for guest use. The building is on 3 floors with a lift. Noise can be an issue in rooms near the flamenco tablao or facing the street. The sofa bed can be less comfortable, and some fittings show wear. The rooftop terrace has panoramic city views.

Breakfast is not served on the property. The Arenal district offers numerous tapas bars and restaurants within a 5-minute walk, including Casa Pepe Hillo, Tinto del Huila, and Bartolomea. The kitchenette allows preparing light meals. A supermarket (Mas) is nearby for groceries. Those wanting a wider selection can easily find cafés in the area.

The terrace offers panoramic views and space to relax, with outdoor furniture. There is no pool, spa, or fitness centre. The property can arrange car hire and airport shuttle (€29 per trip, up to 4 people). The area is suitable for walking; the Guadalquivir River and Triana Bridge are a short stroll away.
