The hotel sits in a vibrant neighbourhood packed with restaurants, cafés, and bars - all within a 0.5 km radius. A tram stop is on the adjacent street, and the main train station is easily reached on foot or by bus (lines 268 from the airport also stop nearby). The historic centre, including Piazza Castello and the Egyptian Museum, is a 7-10 minute walk. The area has an excellent location score of 9.1, and public transport makes access to Juventus Stadium possible in about 1 hour. Note that parking in the area is very limited and expensive.

The hotel offers private single, twin, double, and quadruple rooms, plus mixed dormitories (4-5 beds) with lockers. All units have an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and hairdryer. Beds are 190 cm long - tall travellers may find them short. Some rooms open onto a small balcony overlooking the street or a quiet courtyard. Air conditioning is standard throughout, but soundproofing is minimal; street-facing rooms can be noisy, and internal heating may produce noise. Window frames are older and can let in drafts. The building has a lift, and rooms are accessed via keyless codes. Furnishings are basic but functional, with tiled floors and simple furniture.

Breakfast is not included but available for a reasonable charge at the ground-floor café. Options include croissants, pancakes, juice, and excellent freshly made coffee - mostly sweet selections. The café also serves lunch and snacks. A 24/7 shared kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with cookware, utensils, and a refrigerator. Free still and sparkling water is available from a dispenser in the common area. Special diet menus can be requested. For dining out, there are over eight restaurants within a 0.5 km walk, covering kebab, pizza, Italian, and more.

The hotel has a basement games room with a table tennis table, board games, and a relaxed atmosphere. Temporary art galleries are displayed in common areas. Outdoor spaces include a garden terrace (with furniture) between buildings - it is a small area but pleasant for a quiet break. The garden terrace is closed after 8 PM when reception closes. Additionally, themed dinner nights are organised on request (additional charge). The ground-floor café and common areas offer spaces to read, work, or socialise.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. Free luggage storage is available from 8:00, even before check-in or after check-out. A laundry service is available at a cost of €5 (including detergent and fabric softener), but tokens must be obtained from reception during open hours. The lift provides access to all floors. Reception is open from 8:00 to 20:00, but self-check-in via keyless codes is possible for late arrivals after completing an online check-in and sending a copy of ID. Safety features include CCTV, smoke alarms, and fire extinguishers. No parking is available; the area has very limited paid street parking. Pets are not allowed.
