ALIZE GRENELLE TOUR EIFFEL, Paris

The hotel sits in a safe, residential area filled with bakeries, cafés, restaurants, and supermarkets. Charles Michels Metro station (line 10) puts the Latin Quarter and Saint-Germain within easy reach, while multiple bus lines and nearby tram stops (T2, T3) add to the transport options. The Porte de Versailles Exhibition Centre is also close, making the hotel practical for business travellers. Walking to the Eiffel Tower takes about 15 minutes via the Seine banks. The surrounding neighbourhood feels genuinely Parisian and lively in the evenings, with plenty of dining and grocery options within a few blocks.

All rooms come with a private bathroom (shower or bath), hairdryer, flat-screen TV with Chromecast, free Wi-Fi, safe, and desk. Bed sizes range from a 130 cm single to a 180 cm king, with most doubles having a 140 cm bed - comfortable but narrow for two. Double glazing helps with street noise, though sound insulation between rooms and from the metro is limited, so light sleepers may prefer quieter rooms away from the lift or street. Rooms are clean and well-maintained, but space is tight, especially in single and standard double rooms. There is no in-room fridge, kettle, or coffee-making facilities. Housekeeping is daily, and towels are replaced regularly.

The breakfast buffet includes bread, pastries, jams, yogurt, hot drinks, and sometimes eggs. For a small extra charge it can be delivered to your room from 8:00. The hotel does not operate an evening restaurant or bar, but the surrounding streets are packed with cafés, bistros, and bakeries within a few minutes' walk. The Beaugrenelle shopping centre, two minutes away, offers a wide range of dining options open until midnight.
