Hotel Du Parc is situated in the heart of Montparnasse, directly on a peaceful square. The immediate area is bustling with dining and retail options, including a Monoprix supermarket. Edgar Quinet metro station (line 6) provides direct access to the Eiffel Tower and Bercy, while Montparnasse-Bienvenüe station connects to Saint-Germain-des-Près and central Paris. Gare Montparnasse is a 5-minute walk, ideal for regional train travel. Despite the vibrant surroundings, the hotel maintains a calm atmosphere. Rooms are compact but efficiently designed, featuring parquet or carpeted floors, electric kettles, coffee machines, and safes. Some rooms provide city views; none have Eiffel Tower or balcony views. Private bathrooms include walk-in showers or bathtubs, hairdryers, and toiletries. Soundproofing is generally effective, though corridor and neighboring room noise can sometimes be heard; top-floor rooms are notably quieter. Daily housekeeping is provided, and maintenance standards are typically high, with a small number of rooms showing occasional signs of wear. Bathroom layout in some rooms is tight, with limited clearance around the toilet. Extra mattresses can be added for a fee.

Breakfast is available for an additional charge and includes fresh breads, pastries, yogurt, fruit, cereals, hot drinks, and freshly squeezed orange juice. The breakfast room is calm and pleasant with views of the park. In-room breakfast can be arranged. The hotel does not have an on-site restaurant or bar for lunch or dinner, but the surrounding neighborhood offers numerous dining options within a short walk - from crêperies and bistros to international cuisine. A vending machine with drinks is available in the hotel.
