The surrounding neighbourhood, sometimes called Little India, offers a variety of restaurants, convenience stores, and a shopping street within a few minutes' walk. Major Tokyo attractions are 30-60 minutes away by train, making this a quiet, well-connected base for both Disney trips and city exploration.

Rooms are equipped with a private bathroom featuring a bath, shower, bidet, hairdryer, and slippers. Each room includes air conditioning, heating, an electric kettle, pajamas, wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV. The property is older but well-maintained and spotlessly clean. Twin rooms have under-bed storage for luggage rather than a closet, and rooms are generally compact but functional. Towels are refreshed daily, and a full room cleaning takes place every three to four days. Families of two adults and two children can be accommodated in a twin or king double room; children up to elementary school age stay free. There are no connecting rooms.
