Haneda Airport is 20 km away. The hotel sits on a quiet street yet is surrounded by convenience stores including a 7-Eleven and Lawson, a 24-hour supermarket Y's, and a wide variety of restaurants within a 5-minute walk. Gyosen Park is less than 1 km away, and the Subway Museum is nearby.

Room types include single, double, and twin rooms, each with a private bathroom featuring a bath, shower, bidet, hairdryer, and slippers. Rooms are air-conditioned (with centralized temperature control, which some find limiting), heated, and include a wardrobe, electric kettle, flat-screen TV, and trouser press.
