The neighbourhood is lively during the day but can be noisy at night near main roads.

The property does not provide breakfast. There is a shared kitchen with a kettle, Nescafe instant coffee, and a mini fridge - no coffee machine, microwave, or basic cooking utensils (pots, pans, oil) are consistently available. Many cafes and restaurants are clustered within 0.5 km of the building, including Caffe '900 Trastevere for a morning coffee and Osteria Maruzzella for a full meal. The surrounding area also has bakeries and grocery stores for self-catering.

The property does not have a wellness area, pool, gym, sauna, or jacuzzi. Leisure options are limited to the shared spaces such as the kitchen and the balcony. The location provides easy access to the lively Trastevere neighbourhood, which is known for its bars, restaurants, and evening atmosphere. For relaxation, guests can take the tram to the historic centre or enjoy a stroll along the Tiber River.

WiFi is free and available throughout the building. Daily housekeeping is provided for all rooms and common areas. Luggage storage is available, but it consists of a lockable cabinet with a simple latch; accessing it after check-out may require coordination with the host. The shared kitchen includes a kettle, mini fridge, and basic tableware, though cookware is limited. A business centre with a printer and photocopier is free to use. The property uses a digital self-check-in system with codes sent via email; a mobile app is required to open the front door and bedroom door. The building has a lift, but it has been described as old. No parking is available. No pets are allowed.
