TUNE INN TOKYO BAY, Tokyo

Tune Inn Tokyo Bay is set in a peaceful neighbourhood in Tokyo's Minato district, offering a calm retreat while still being well connected. The nearest metro stops are Tamachi (on the Yamanote line, about 10 minutes on foot) and Mita (on the Toei Mita line, also roughly 10 minutes away). From there, it is two stops to Diver City Tokyo and easy access to the Yamanote loop line, which reaches major hubs such as Shimbashi, Shinagawa, and Shibuya. Haneda Airport is 10 km away - a 25-minute taxi ride or a straightforward train journey via the Keikyu line from Tamachi. Odaiba Beach is 3 km, and Shibaura Chuo Park is 2 km. Several convenience stores (Lawson, 7-Eleven) are within a few minutes' walk, and multiple restaurants including sushi, yakitori, and a café are within 0.5 km. The neighbourhood is notably quiet at night, making it better for relaxing than for nightlife.

Each apartment comprises one private bedroom with a double bed, a separate living room with a sofa bed and a futon, and a fully equipped kitchen that includes a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and utensils. The private bathroom has a shower (some units also have a bidet) and free toiletries are provided. The unit is carpeted and features a washing machine and ironing facilities, making it well suited for longer stays. A balcony with a quiet street view is standard. The living room has a flat-screen TV with streaming services. Overall, the apartment is considered functional and clean rather than spacious; it works best for couples or small families (up to three people). The building has an elevator, so it is accessible for those who cannot manage stairs. Room cleaning is not included - the apartment is self-manageable, consistent with aparthotel style.

There is no restaurant or breakfast service at Tune Inn Tokyo Bay. The fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, cookware, and utensils) allows guests to prepare their own meals. Practical shopping options include a Family Mart supermarket a short walk away and a larger AEON supermarket slightly further. For those who prefer dining out, about eight restaurants are within 0.5 km, offering sushi, Japanese curry, grilled meat, Chinese cuisine, and casual café fare. The kitchen setup reduces the need for restaurant spending, but the lack of breakfast means guests must either cook in the morning or pick up supplies the night before.
