The area is calm and less crowded than central Tokyo, with Tatsumi no Mori Green Park an 18-minute walk away and Yumenoshima Tropical Greenhouse Dome 1 km from the hotel. A convenience store (Daily Yamazaki) is located on the hotel's first floor, and FamilyMart and 7-Eleven are nearby. For those driving, parking must be reserved in advance and costs ¥2000 per day.
