Turn Table sits on a quiet backstreet in Shibuya, a 10-15 minute walk from the iconic Shibuya Crossing and a 5-minute walk from Shinsen Station. Shibuya Station is about a 15-minute walk away, but the route involves an uphill incline - using Shinsen Station for a flat approach is recommended, especially with luggage. The area is packed with izakayas, convenience stores, and local restaurants within a 1-minute walk. For airport access, take the limousine bus from Narita to Shibuya Station, or from Haneda take the Keikyu Airport Line to Shinagawa and change to the Yamanote Line.

The accommodation ranges from economical dormitory beds in well-maintained, capsule-style bunks - each with a privacy curtain, reading light, and a security box for valuables - to private single and twin rooms. The private suite is notably larger, with one bedroom, a kitchenette, a bathroom with both a bath and shower, a minibar, and a balcony overlooking the city. All rooms are air-conditioned and non-smoking. Bunk beds are comfortably spacious even for tall travellers. Some rooms have private bathrooms; others use shared shower rooms. Daily housekeeping services clean the rooms and replenish towels.

There is no spa, pool, or gym at Turn Table, but the quiet neighbourhood and proximity to Shibuya's attractions and green spaces such as Sugekari Park provide natural leisure options. The hostel's common areas include a bench-lined hallway where guests can relax. The main leisure appeal is the opportunity to explore Shibuya's vibrant nightlife, dining, and shopping scene, all within a short walk.
