Free on-site parking is available without a reservation, making it convenient for car-based exploration, though the main road crossing can be busy when carrying beach gear.

Units vary from Queen Studios (queen bed plus sofa sleeper, ideal for two adults and two children) to larger one-bedroom apartments with two queen beds, a full kitchen, and two bathrooms. All rooms include a kitchenette or full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, cookware, and tea and coffee maker. Air conditioning and heating are provided, though some rooms have locked thermostats and limited temperature control. Window blinds are thin; rooms facing the atrium or parking lot may have poor natural light. Some units have been renovated with hardwood floors and updated cabinets, while others remain older with stained furniture, worn-out fixtures, and limited electrical outlets (no USB ports). Road-facing or parking-lot-entry rooms can be less quiet; rooms on the atrium side offer direct pool views and indoor access for children.

The property does not have its own restaurant or bar, but every unit is fitted with a kitchen or kitchenette containing a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and basic cookware, allowing full meal preparation. Within 0.3-0.5 km are options such as Mary's Kitchen, Subway, Merlin's Pizza, Smoothie King, Shake's Frozen Custard, Pizza Hut, and Cabana Cafe Restaurant, offering casual dining, pizza, and fast food. The large central atrium also provides picnic tables and BBQ facilities for outdoor dining.
