TUS HABITACIONES EN RUZAFA, Valencia

All rooms are single-occupancy private rooms (1 double bed per room) within a larger apartment. They are modestly furnished with a work desk, a few hangers (no wardrobe), and a small fan. Parquet flooring gives the room a clean look, but soundproofing between rooms is minimal, so noise from neighboring guests can be heard. Rooms with an inner courtyard view are generally quieter than those facing the street. The shared bathrooms are separated by gender and are shared among several rooms. Toilet paper, soap, and shampoo are not refilled regularly, and the bathrooms may not always be spotless between groups. A small fan is provided, but there is no air conditioning or heating (warm in summer, cold in winter).

The property does not offer breakfast, a restaurant, or a bar. Guests have access to a shared kitchen equipped with a cooker, refrigerator, microwave, and basic cookware, but there is no dining table or sufficient seating - you will eat in your room or standing. The surrounding streets of Ruzafa are packed with budget-friendly eateries, including Buffet Libre XIAO, Bar la Pau, Fornelino, Citadella, and several others within 300 to 500 metres, providing plenty of affordable alternatives for lunch and dinner. No tea, coffee, or condiments are supplied in the kitchen.

The key services are entirely digital and self-service. Check-in is via a web link that opens the building and room doors; this requires a charged smartphone and a reliable internet connection. The Wi-Fi is free and fast (up to 189 Mbps) but may not reach all rooms - the strongest signal is near the common area. The building has a lift and is fitted with smoke alarms, a security alarm, and 24-hour security cameras. A shared kitchen is available, but it is small relative to the number of rooms. No luggage storage, no reception, no laundry facilities, and no daily housekeeping of the rooms. Guests are asked to clean up after themselves in the kitchen and bathroom. Communication with the host is via text message only, and responses are not immediate.
