Naap is located in central Valencia, 700 m from Turia Gardens and 1 km from Jardines de Monforte. Norte Train Station is 2 km away, and Valencia Airport is 10 km from the property. Popular nearby points include González Martí National Museum of Ceramics, Basilica de la Virgen de los Desamparados, and Mestalla Stadium. Over half a dozen eateries are within a 300-metre radius, offering a wide range of cuisines. The area has good transport connections, making it easy to explore the city without a car.

Rooms are windowless, resulting in no natural light and limited ventilation, but air conditioning is provided in every room. Beds are pod-style coffins with a thin mattress (approx. 10 cm) and a small pillow. Each pod has a privacy curtain, personal light, and power outlet, but does not accommodate large luggage inside. Lockers are located on the ground floor, not in the rooms. Shared bathrooms and showers are also on the ground floor (separate male/female). A female-only dorm is available. The rooms have no soundproofing, so noise from other guests and corridor activity is common. A hidden step in one hallway poses a tripping hazard.

The shared kitchen contains a fridge and a microwave only - no plates, cups, cutlery or cooking utensils are provided. For full meals, there are numerous restaurants, cafés, and bars within a 300-metre walk, offering a variety of cuisines. The surrounding area has plenty of dining options for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

WiFi is free and available in all areas. The 24-hour front desk is staffed by English, Spanish, and Russian speakers. Luggage can be stored at reception for a €5/day fee if your bag does not fit in the overhead lockers. The property is fully air-conditioned and non-smoking. No parking is provided.
