The property is in a lively but relatively quiet part of Eixample, with a supermarket, several restaurants, and a large mercado within a block. Two metro stations (Urgell and others) are a 5-8 minute walk, and a bus stop is right in front. The Aerobus from the airport stops at Gran Via/Borrell, a 10-minute walk. Most major attractions - the Ramblas, La Pedrera, Casa Batlló - are within a 20-30 minute walk, or a short bus/metro ride. The area is well-served by public transport for reaching Park Güell and other sites.

Each apartment features a separate living and sleeping area with a sliding wall in one-bedroom units, a flat-screen TV (Smart TV available on request), and a CD player. The kitchen includes a hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, and cookware. Bedrooms have air conditioning and heating; beds are described as very comfortable. One-bedroom apartments have a shower; the two-bedroom duplex has a bathtub in one of its three bathrooms. Some apartments have a private balcony or terrace. A rooftop terrace with sun beds is available for all guests. Street-facing rooms have good soundproofing, and interior-courtyard rooms are very quiet.

There is no restaurant, spa, or swimming pool at the property. For meals, the apartments have a full kitchen with hob, microwave, dishwasher, and cooking utensils, making self-catering easy. The surrounding streets have many restaurants, cafes, and a large supermarket within a short walk. A vending machine for drinks and snacks is available on site.

The property's leisure facilities are limited to a rooftop terrace with sun beds and tables. There is no pool, spa, or gym. For more extensive wellness options, guests use the many cafes, bars, and parks in the surrounding Eixample neighbourhood.
