ASPASIOS RAMBLA CATALUNYA APARTMENTS, Barcelona

The apartments are situated in the Eixample district, steps from Gaudí's La Pedrera and Casa Batlló, and a 10-minute walk to Las Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter. Passeig de Gràcia Metro and Train Station is 3 minutes away, with direct trains to Barcelona El Prat Airport. Numerous bars, restaurants, and shops are within a 5-minute radius, including tapas bars (Taller de Tapas, Tapas 24, Cachitos Rambla) and cafes (Il Caffè di Francesco). The area is lively even at night, but soundproofed windows in many apartments reduce street noise. Public transport is excellent, making car use unnecessary.

The property offers a variety of apartments from one-bedroom to five-bedroom configurations. Each apartment features a living area with sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and a kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, Nespresso coffee maker, and all essentials (cookware, kettle, refrigerator). Room types vary: some have one bathroom, others two; certain categories include a private balcony or terrace, and some face the street. Bed setups can include double and twin beds; 2 single beds can be combined to form a larger bed upon availability at check-in. While soundproof windows help, the building is older and not fully soundproofed - apartments on higher floors or interior aspects tend to be quieter. All units are non-smoking and include heating, a safe, iron, and hairdryer.

The property does not have a pool, spa, or leisure facilities, but the central location provides easy access to Barcelona's wellness offerings, parks, and beaches. The nearest beach is about a 30-minute walk or a short metro ride away. Several parks, including Plaça de Catalunya and the Eixample's tree-lined boulevards, are within minutes for jogging or relaxation.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the apartments. Luggage lockers are available in the building at no charge, allowing you to store bags before check-in or after checkout. The building has a lift (though it can be small and slow). Services include private check-in/out via automated codes, invoice provided, and a 24/7 call button for assistance. Cleaning is not daily; a mid-stay clean is included only for reservations over 7 nights, and additional cleaning can be arranged for a supplement. Parking is not available on site; the nearest public garage is at Passeig de Gràcia 31. An airport shuttle can be booked through the property via Welcome Pickups. The property is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
