Some apartments face the street and can experience noise from the active nightlife, while upper-floor or rear-facing units tend to be quieter. For car users, paid parking is a 10-minute walk from the apartment.

Units range from one-bedroom (sleeping 2, with a double bed and a sofa bed) to two-bedroom (sleeping up to 6, with 4 beds). All apartments have a private entrance, parquet floors, a flat-screen TV, and tea and coffee making facilities. Kitchenettes include a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine.
