The property is in Kissimmee, 11 minutes by car from Walt Disney World Resort. Falcon's Fire Golf Club is 5 km away, Premium Outlet Mall is 8 km, and Orlando International Airport is 20 km. Numerous restaurants are within a short walk (0.3-0.5 km), including Pizza Hut, Olive Garden, and Popeyes. There is no public transit, so a car is recommended. Free on-site parking is available.

Accommodation

Spacious apartments with full kitchens, jacuzzi tubs, and private bathrooms; choose from 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, or family rooms.
All apartments feature a full kitchen (stove, fridge, pots, pans), spa bath, seating area, flat-screen TV, and air conditioning. The 1-bedroom units have a queen-size bed in the bedroom plus a sofa bed in the living room, and a jacuzzi. The 2-bedroom apartments offer two separate bedrooms each with a queen-size bed, a sofa bed in the living room, three bathrooms, and a spa tub. Family rooms provide two beds. Balconies are available on the 2nd-4th floors; ground-floor units have patios. All buildings have elevators. Laundry facilities are available on the 3rd and 4th floors. Apartments are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds.

Self-catering apartments with a full kitchen; no on-site restaurant, but many dining options within a short walk.
Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, and cooking utensils, allowing you to prepare your own meals. The property does not have an on-site restaurant, but a variety of restaurants are within a 5-10 minute walk, including California Pizza Oven, Jerusalem Restaurant, Pizza Hut, Olive Garden, and Popeyes. There is no breakfast service, so plan to stock your kitchen or visit nearby cafes.
